Two drowning victims in Lake Puri Kartika Tangerang were finally found by the joint SAR team this Sunday (7/1) morning.

The two victims, known as Nurfaqiah Hadiawan (12) and Rafih (12), were found dead at 07.10 WIB.

The bodies of the two victims were found face down on the water surface within a radius of 100 meters from the incident location.

“We finally found the two victims this morning, then the two bodies were immediately evacuated to the funeral home to be handed over to the families.” said Fazzli, S.A.P., M.Sc., Head of Basarnas Jakarta as SAR Mission Coordinator (SMC) in SAR operations.

He also said that his party together with the joint SAR element had carried out a search for the two victims from Saturday (6/1) to Sunday (7/1).

This morning. The search for victims was carried out by dividing two areas where the first team carried out a search around.

The incident location up to a radius of 100 meters using a rubber boat. The second team carried out a search by visually monitoring the land route. Dozens of joint SAR personnel were deployed.
