Jakarta, POSINTERNATIONAL.COM

The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency is ready to support the implementation of government technology (Government Technology/GovTech) in the development of an Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE).

“Previously, the ATR/BPN Ministry was not included in the nine ministries providing priority applications, but yesterday, May 24, we were invited for the first time.

“Of course we want to make it a success too, integrating, especially the Electronic Land Certificate service,” said Minister of ATR/Head of BPN Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) in Bogor).

This statement was made after attending the Preparatory Meeting for the Launch of GovTech Indonesia with a number of Heads of Institutions and Ministers of the Advanced Indonesian Cabinet, Saturday (25/05/2024).

Electronic certificates are one of the innovations of the Ministry of ATR/BPN so that government tasks and functions become more effective and efficient, while providing value to the Indonesian people.

“Because this (Electronic Land Certificate, ed.) is of great concern to President Jokowi and also has very good benefits for the community,” said Minister AHY.

“We will accelerate, so we can catch up with other ministries and hopefully we can immediately provide the required electronic services through the INA Digital portal,” added the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN.

“I think the ATR/BPN Ministry will be key because OSS (Online Single Submission) will rely heavily on ATR/BPN. “I really trust this matter,” said the Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries who led the coordination meeting bravely.

In driving digital transformation, the Indonesian Government also ensures integration between government digital services which have been spread across various platforms.

This effort was realized by forming Government Technology (GovTech) Indonesia. Apart from that, the President has also issued Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 82 of 2023 to accelerate the transformation of priority services in various government sectors.

This Presidential Decree establishes nine sectors/provider institutions as a priority system that will be developed and implemented in an integrated manner.

The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) is the newest addition as a priority system provider which will later be included in the INA Digital portal.

Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment (Menko Marves) Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan asked the ATR/BPN Ministry to immediately coordinate regarding efforts to integrate national digital services which are currently being carried out.

Apart from the Ministry of ATR/BPN, the nine ministries/institutions that are in the priority system are the Ministry of Education and Culture.

Ministry of Health, Ministry of Social Affairs, Ministry of Communication and Information, Ministry of Finance.

Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of PANRB, Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas, and the Republic of Indonesia Police.

For your information, the 2024 Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) Summit and the launch of GovTech Indonesia are planned to be held together on Monday, 27 May 2024 at the State Palace, Jakarta.

Present to directly open the series of activities, the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo.
