After planting 100,000 trees simultaneously to commemorate World Environment Day, the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN).
Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) went to the Bekasi Regency Land Office (Kantah) to hand over Electronic Land Certificates to 10 recipients.
In detail, in this modern Kantah, Minister AHY handed over 9 Certificates of Ownership Rights and 1 Certificate of Use Rights to the Bekasi Regency Government.
After handing over the certificate, he inspected the service facilities in Kantah, Bekasi Regency, such as Counters, Lanterns (Mandiri Pintar Online Services).
As well as _back office_ space. During his review, Minister AHY also signed a poster which included work motivation quotes for the ranks.
“My impression is that in Kantah the office is modern and the services are complete. I can see firsthand the professionalism of our BPN employees and of course they always innovate so that they can serve the community better,” said Minister AHY after conducting the inspection on Wednesday (05/06/2024 ).
Kantah Bekasi Regency can serve at least 600 requests a day and even 20,000 services in one month.
To support this high level of service, high capacity and integrity are needed from every level.
“Of course I want to present an excellent organizational culture spirit, so excellence at work starts with yourself.
“We build our capacity, professionalism but also integrity, so that no one is sacrificed,” said Minister AHY.
“Therefore, we hope that the Regional Office and Kantah will further improve their performance, service, and become more professional.
“Modern, and trusted for people who need land services,” concluded Minister AHY.
Also present accompanied the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN, the Trustee of the ATR/BPN Employees and Wives Association (IKAWATI), Annisa Pohan Yudhoyono.
A number of Middle and Primary High Leadership Officials of the Ministry of ATR/BPN; and the Head of the BPN Regional Office for West Java Province and his staff.
The arrival of the minister and his entourage was welcomed by Kantah Bekasi Regency frontliner employees with a display.
