Appreciating LaserJet Kantah Badung Regency, Minister AHY: Land Services are Much More Efficient

Bandung, posinternasional.com

The Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) appreciated the on-site pick-up certificate service (LaserJet) as an innovation of the Badung Regency Land Office (Kantah).

According to him, this service provides many conveniences for the community.

“Of course it’s safer, easier to manage too, and there’s no need for intermediaries, so residents actually meet our BPN officers directly, with machines, with systems.

“So of course it becomes much more efficient, there are no strange fees or it doesn’t take too long,” said the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN when inspecting the LaserJet location in Tanjung Benoa, Badung on Thursday (13/06/2024).

Minister AHY revealed that he was in the midst of preparations for the implementation of the 2024 Agrarian Reform Summit which will be held from Friday-Saturday, June 14-15 tomorrow at The Meru Sanur, Bali.

He still plans to see the LaserJet implementation. Because according to him, Kantah’s Badung Regency innovation is very beneficial for the community.

With LaserJet, people can directly manage land services such as Rights Improvement and Roya. If the requirements are complete, the new certificate can be received by the public on the same day.

This is possible with the implementation of Electronic Land Certificates throughout Bali Province.

The LaserJet program has been inaugurated since 2022. This service is now better because it is collaborated with the Electronic Service Car which was just launched by the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN on May 21 2024.

With this car, LaserJet’s reach is even wider.

Minister AHY hopes that the breakthrough made by Kantah Badung Regency can inspire other Kantahs to provide various conveniences for the community in obtaining land services.

“We are conveying this success story to other provinces. Of course, each Kantah and Regional Office has different resources, what is clear is that we are trying to promote programs like this,” said the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN.

During his visit this time, Minister AHY was accompanied by the Advisor of IKAWATI ATR/BPN, Annisa Pohan Yudhoyono, a number of Special Staff and Experts from the Head of the Public Relations Bureau of the Ministry of ATR/BPN as well as the Head of the Bali Province BPN Regional Office.
