After the electronic certificate, all land services will be very easy, Tangerang district, Banten.

Head of the Banten Province Regional Office of the National Land Agency (BPN), H. Sudaryanto, SH.MH, was present as the Keynote Speech in the Upgrading activity organized by the Regional Management of the Tangerang Regency Land Deed Officials Association (IPPAT).

He conveyed that the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), in this case the Banten Province BPN Regional Office and the land office, were continuing to improve the service system.

“Today we will socialize the Regulation of the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN Number 3 of 2023 concerning Electronic Documents,” said H.Sudaryanto,SH,MH who was accompanied by the Head of ATR/BPN Tangerang Regency, H. Joko Susanto,A.Ptnh,M. Si.

“What you have experienced so far is that checking certificates, mortgage rights, SKPT (land registration certificate) is all very easy, just open the application and an electronic document will be issued,” he explained.

He continued, then changing the name of the certificate, registering the land for the first time, splitting, merging and all the services will be easy after it is issued via electronic document.

“Slowly we will move towards advanced and modern land services on par with developed countries,” said H. Sudaryanto, SH, MH.

He explained that it was not easy to implement because it required time for the media transfer process, especially the spatial data of field maps.

Measurement documents and other things that have not been plotted must be checked in the field and confirm the location or coordinates so that they land on the electronic map.

“Because if it hasn’t landed on the electronic map, it won’t be able to be approved as an electronic service,” he explained.

He continued that when the Electronic Certificate is issued, what actually applies is the file in the application.

“The analogy is that in the savings book it was printed that there was 50 million but it turned out that it had been taken out at the ATM several times and there had been transactions via mBanking several times.

“So the amount is only 25 million, so what applies is what is in the application or what is in electronic documents,” he said.

This activity was attended by the Acting Regent of Tangerang, Andi Onni, Head of Regional Revenue for Tangerang Regency, Drs. H. Selamet Badi, M.Si, IPPAT Tangerang Regency, Regional Supervisory and Supervisory Council (MPPD) Tangerang Regency.

Head of the Tangerang Regency Land Office, H.Joko Susanto, A.Ptnh, M.Si, PPAT Tangerang Regency and other invited guests.
