The Sepatan District Government is holding the 2024 Subdistrict Cup football tournament to celebrate the 79th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia at the Sipatan Mini Stadium, Sepatan District, Tangerang Regency, Sunday 4 August 2024.
The activity, which was opened directly by the Sepatan Subdistrict Head H Abudin together with the Sepatan Subdistrict Sports Coordinator (KOK) Muhamad Gojali, was attended by 8 Football Clubs in the area.
“This tournament is not only a place for sports competition, but also as a means to strengthen ties of brotherhood and maintain health,” explained Sepatan Subdistrict Head Abudin in his speech.
Not only that, the former Head of Sindang Jaya Subdistrict also said that this activity was not only to welcome the Republic of Indonesia’s 79th Anniversary, but also as an opportunity to foster and develop talent.
“With this match, the people of Sepatan, in this case agencies and journalists, have the opportunity to show their talent in playing football,” he concluded.
In the same vein, Sepatan Subdistrict Sports Coordinator (KOK) Muhamad Gojali said that the Subdistrict Cup football match was held to welcome the 79th Indonesian Independence Day in Sepatan Subdistrict.
“Today we are holding an exhibition competition between agencies, namely Sepatan Police, PLN UP 3 Teluknaga, Sepatan District Government, PGRI Sepatan including PWI Tangerang Regency,” said Muhamad Gojali.
According to him, the Sepatan Subdistrict Cup tournament is a competition that is different from tournaments in other subdistricts in Tangerang Regency because it involves agencies and journalists.
“We deliberately did not involve football clubs in Sepatan District because we wanted to see the talent of football players in agencies and journalists,” concluded Muhamad Gojali. (trisno).
