Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) arrived at Sepinggan International Airport, Balikpapan City, East Kalimantan Province on Friday (11/10/2024).

His working visit this time was to attend the inauguration and hand over of the Electronic Land Certificates for the Garuda Palace and the State Palace in the Capital City of the Archipelago (IKN).

“I will go to the IKN for the inauguration of the State Palace and the Garuda Palace in the Core Area of ​​the Government Center with President Joko Widodo.

And of course, in my capacity as Minister of ATR/Head of BPN, I will hand over the certificate in the form of the Right to Use to the Ministry of State Secretariat,” said Minister AHY to a number of media crews.

According to him, the handover of the Right to Use Certificate covering an area of ​​568,705 square meters is a commitment of the Ministry of ATR/BPN in supporting the development of the IKN.

Minister AHY ensured that land acquisition and development in the IKN will continue to prioritize the local community.

“This is also important so that the administration is clear from the start, and hopefully this will also be a good symbol and also an encouragement for us to be able to complete various challenges in the development of the IKN.

Hopefully the process can be faster, so that it does not leave problems in the future,” said Minister AHY.

On this occasion, Minister AHY was accompanied by the Special Staff for Internal Management, Agust Jovan Latuconsina and the Head of the Public Relations Bureau of the Ministry of ATR/BPN.

Harison Mocodompis, Minister AHY’s presence was warmly welcomed by the Head of the BPN Regional Office of East Kalimantan Province, Deni Ahmad Hidayat and his staff.
