Acting Regent of Tangerang, Andi Ony received a visit from the Banten Provincial DPRD for the 2024-2029 period at the Multipurpose Building (GSG) of the Tangerang Regency Government Center, Friday (10/25/24).
Pj Andi Ony expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the recess activities of the 1st session of the Banten DPRD.
He hopes that the visit can produce something beneficial for both parties for the benefit of the wider community.
“This recess activity is an important momentum to build two-way communication between the regional government and people’s representatives.
So that various inputs from the community can be accommodated and used as a basis for compiling development programs in the future,” said Acting Regent of Tangerang Andi Ony.
He hopes that the recess visit of the Banten DPRD members can increase and strengthen the commitment to synergy and collaboration together to improve community welfare.
“We are present with assistants, expert staff and all regional apparatus including the sub-district heads. Their presence is a form of synergy between the regional government and the DPRD in an effort to improve community welfare,” he said.
Meanwhile, the leader of the Banten DPRD recess group, Barhum, said that this recess was part of the duties and responsibilities of DPRD members to absorb community aspirations directly and communicate with the local government, especially in the Tangerang Regency area.
“We are conducting a recess for DPRD members for the 1st session in order to convey aspirations from the Tangerang Regency community so that the Tangerang Regency Government can follow up on the findings and aspirations of the community in the Tangerang Regency area,” he said
On that occasion, Pj Andi Ony was accompanied by assistants, expert staff, heads of OPDs and sub-district heads.
