Candidate for Regent of Tangerang number 2 Maesyal Rasyid held a dialogical campaign with hundreds of residents in Kampung Sulang, Pondok Jaya Village, Sepatan District, Tangerang Regency, on Sunday, November 3, 2024.

In front of hundreds of his supporters, Maesyal Rasyid committed to being responsible for children’s education in Tangerang Regency by expanding the free school program.

“Later, my program and Mrs. Intan’s will be free schools. If now public elementary and junior high schools are free, in the future we will also make private schools free,” said Candidate for Regent of Tangerang Maesyal Rasyid.

In addition, Maesyal continued, his party will also continue the free health service program through BPJS Services for all registered Tangerang Regency residents.

“When I was still on duty at the local government, I had formulated regarding free health services covered by the Tangerang Regency government,” he said.

He also revealed that Maesyal Intan (Madani) will continue the program of the previous Tangerang Regent, Ahmed Zaki Iskandar, in terms of development in Islamic Boarding Schools.

He said that of the approximately 900 Islamic boarding schools in Tangerang Regency, 650 of them have had sanitation built by the previous regent.

The rest will be rebuilt if he and Intan Nurul Hikmah are elected as Regent/Deputy Regent of Tangerang in the 2024 Pilkada.

“We will continue the rest at the same time, later we will gradually build the dormitories. Later there will also be a scholarship program for underprivileged students.

Including continuing house renovations, infrastructure development and other public interests. Everything we do is for the community,” he said.
