The Land Office (Kantah) of Tangerang Regency, Serang Regency and Pandeglang Regency, 3 (three) land offices in Banten Province have completed the certification target for the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program for the 2024 Fiscal Year.
“Not only PTSL certification, the Pandeglang Regency Land Office has also completed the certification of BMN (State Property-ed) for 7 fields, Cross-Sector certification for 300 fields, PTSL activity Land Plot Map covering an area of 10,158 hectares.

Arinaldi said that teamwork, data synchronization, and acceleration efforts by mobilizing existing resources made the Pandeglang Regency Land Office rank at the top in Banten Province.
On the same occasion, the Head of the Banten Province BPN Regional Office, Sudaryanto, said that his party greatly appreciated the ranks of the Head of the Land Office and the Pandeglang Regency Land Office PTSL Adjudication Team who had completed their targets.

In 2023, the Pandeglang Regency Office completed the PTSL certification of 7,500 Land Title Certificates (SHAT).
In the second week of September 2024, the Pandeglang Regency Office completed the PTSL certification for the 2024 Fiscal Year with a target of more than 2 times the previous year, namely 18,910 SHAT PTSL spread across 22 sub-districts, 60 villages.
The distribution of certificates will be carried out starting Thursday (11/28/2024) through the local village/sub-district head and will be carried out one day after the Simultaneous Regional Head Elections.
