Deputy Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Deputy Head of the National Land Agency (Wamen ATR/Waka BPN).
Ossy Dermawan handed over 1,571 Electronic Certificates at the Abirawa Sports Arena (GOR), Batang Regency, Central Java Province on Thursday (12/12/2024).
This electronic certificate is a form of the Ministry of ATR/BPN’s commitment to improving the quality of land services through digital transformation.
“Electronic certificates can facilitate the maintenance and processing of land data.
“All (information, ed) on the paper has been entered in our database, so you don’t need to worry,” said Deputy Minister Ossy in front of thousands of Central Javanese people.
With digital land data, Electronic Certificates can also minimize land mafia crimes, such as illegal duplication of certificates.
“This certificate is not easy to duplicate, it is not easy to be duplicated and faked by other people, including the mafia who are on the prowl.
“So that’s the advantage of an Electronic Certificate,” explained the Deputy Minister of ATR/Waka BPN.
The Electronic Certificate submitted in Central Java is the result of two strategic programs of the Ministry of ATR/BPN.
Namely the results of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) and Agrarian Reform programs.
Deputy Minister Ossy hopes that the certificate received will provide great benefits to the community.
“By providing this certificate, it is hoped that there will be an increase in welfare for you.
“Also, with the land certificate that has been received, it is hoped that land disputes and conflicts can be minimized and can provide legal certainty for you,” concluded Deputy Minister Ossy.
