In the past year, there were 8,058,650 service files received by the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN).
As much as 84% of the number of land service files were dominated by land information services, Mortgage Rights (HT), and Transfer of Rights.
“Perhaps this is the highest service in the past 10 years because from 2015 to at least 2023, the maximum service was only 6.6 million.
In 2024, of the 8 million, the most will be 3,740,908 services related to land information,” said the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN, Nusron Wahid in a media meeting entitled End of Year Notes of the Ministry of ATR/BPN, at the Prona Hall, Jakarta, Tuesday (12/31/2024).
Based on data collected by the Ministry of ATR/BPN, land information that is widely sought by the public includes who owns it, how large the land is, and whether the land is in dispute or conflict.
In addition, many people check the Land Value Zone (ZNT). All of these services can increase Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) in 2024 by IDR 2.9 trillion.
In addition, the Ministry of ATR/BPN also improves the economy of the community and the state through Electronic HT of IDR 882.7 trillion.
“The Mortgage Right is a land certificate that (is pledged, ed.) then becomes a burden on several families from the land and buildings,” said Minister Nusron.
Furthermore, Minister Nusron mentioned several services with high demand for files, namely data maintenance.
Survey, measurement and mapping; and initial land registration.
“Related to property, namely the division, merger, and separation of rights,” he said.
Based on regions, the most service files came from 10 provinces, namely Central Java, West Java, East Java, Banten, Bali, Jakarta, North Sumatra, South Sulawesi, D.I. Yogyakarta, and South Sumatra.
Present at this activity were Deputy Minister of ATR/Deputy Head of BPN, Ossy Dermawan; Senior High and Pratama Officials of the Ministry of ATR/BPN; and 84 national media crews.
