Head of the Banten Province National Land Agency Regional Office, Sudaryanto, Monday (10/3/2025) visited the Banten Governor’s Official Residence located at the State Building, Serang City Square, Banten.

He was received by the Governor of Banten, Andra Soni and a number of heads of departments.

Sudaryanto did not visit alone, he was accompanied by Administrator Officials ranging from the Head of Administration, Head of Division to the Head of the Land Office throughout Banten Province.

“First of all, we congratulate the Governor and Deputy Governor of Banten who, Alhamdulillah, have carried out their duties in Banten Province,” said Sudaryanto.

Furthermore, he reported a number of strategic land and spatial planning programs that are fundamental and touch the community.

Among them are the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program which has a target of 45,000 plots, Land Redistribution and the Land Acquisition program for Public Interest.

He also reported on the role of BPN in increasing Regional Original Income (PAD) and encouraging regional economic development.

“No less important, we report our contribution to PAD revenue from Land and Building Acquisition Fees (BPHTB) in the context of granting rights and changing the name of certificates and encouraging regional economic development through Mortgage Rights,” he said.

Sudaryanto detailed that in 2024, BPHTB in the land sector contributed 1.9 trillion to Banten Province’s PAD.

Then, after the land title certificate is issued, the certificate is pledged to the Bank in the form of Mortgage Rights, where throughout 2024 the recorded turnover of money from Mortgage Rights reached 79 trillion.

“Of course, coordination, then cross-sector cooperation does need to continue to be improved, what has been running well is maintained and improved again,” he concluded.
