He explained that this survey was conducted in the context of the planned change in the Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) rates for Survey services, Measurement of Area Boundaries or Regional Boundaries and Mapping, – Land Area Measurement and Mapping services in the context of Determination of Boundaries, – Land Area Measurement and Mapping services.

“Since 2015, the Ministry of ATR/BPN has not adjusted the PNBP rates for survey and measurement services, this change was made to support President Prabowo’s vision and mission, simplify service rates, and ensure certainty of service rate payments,” he explained.
On the same occasion, the Head of the Legal Sub-Division of the Directorate General of SPPR said that the planned changes to the rates included the first measurement and re-measurement and mapping which originally used HSBK were simplified to be based on area gradation.
The return of land area boundary points is based on the returned land area boundary points. The division/merger of land areas will have the same rate as the first measurement.
Applicants who have submitted service applications or applicants who receive service products will be asked to fill out a survey by counter officers at the BPN Regional Office and land offices throughout Indonesia.
“The more applicants who fill out the questionnaire, the more it illustrates the public’s willingness to pay the new PNBP measurement rates,” he said.
