PT Paramount one of the top housing developer companies is suspected of freeing land above the location permit or KKPR and Vertek owned by PT Bangun Guna Sukses and Sinar Property Group in Dangdeur Village, Sumur Bandung and Gembong, Jayanti District, Tangerang Regency.
The alleged land release by Paramount Land was confirmed by Kwan Jimmy, Director of PT Bangun Guna Sukses who was met by reporters some time ago.
According to Jimmy, he was surprised that a real estate company like Paramount Land could seize land by freeing land above the PKKPR permit owned by PT Bangun Guna Sukses.
Jimmy said that in 2020 his party submitted a Location Permit or in accordance with Government Regulation in Lieu of Law Number 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation replacing the Location Permit with PKKPR covering an area of approximately 150 Ha in 3 Villages.
Namely Dangdeur Village, Sumur Bandung and Gembong, Jayanti District, Tangerang Regency.

Our suspicion is strengthened by the statement of the Notary who assisted us and information now also from the Notary of PT Paramount.
With the chaos in the field like this and the sudden grabbing of land acquisition above the permit that we have, it can damage the investment climate in Tangerang Regency.
“We ask the Tangerang Regent to intervene directly to fix this problem before we take legal action,” Jimmy requested.
Meanwhile, when reporters sought information in the field and confirmed with the Dangdeur Village Head, H Agus Sutaryo confirmed that in Dangdeur Village, land acquisition was being carried out by PT and a SPH had been submitted.
