Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Tangerang Regency, Soma Atmaja attended the 2025 Tangerang Regency Dharma Wanita Persatuan Regional Conference (Musda) and the Inauguration of Chairpersons and Management of Dharma Wanita Persatuan in Services/Agencies/Offices and Sub-districts for the 2025-2029 Term.
The event was held at the Tangerang Regent’s Pendopo, Ki Samaun, Tangerang City, Tuesday (24/6/25)
On that occasion, Regional Secretary Soma Atmaja said that this agenda was an important momentum for the Chairperson and Management of DWP to prepare strategic organizational planning to support the role of women in regional development.
He also congratulated the chairpersons and management of DWP services, agencies, offices, and sub-districts who had just been inaugurated.
“Hopefully the mandate that is carried out can be carried out with full responsibility and sincerity, for the progress of the organization and the welfare of its members.
Dharma Wanita Persatuan has a strategic position to strengthen the role of women in families, society, and regional development,” said Soma
She continued, the programs for empowering women, education, health, and strengthening the family economy carried out by DWP have actually become a real contribution to improving the quality of human resources in Tangerang Regency.
She hopes that the Musda that is carried out can produce programs and activities that are in line and synergistic with the development programs of the Regional Government.
“Through the Musda, it is hoped that the steps of the organization in the future can be in line and synergistic with the development programs of the Regional Government.
DWP Tangerang Regency must be able to adapt, play an active role in supporting regional development, increasing the role of women in families and empowering the wider community,” she hoped
She also invited all levels of DWP Tangerang Regency to continue to strengthen their organization so that they can continue to provide benefits, not only for their members, but also for the wider community.
Meanwhile, the Head of DWP Kab. Tangerang, Dewi Soma Atmaja said that the Musda and the simultaneous inauguration of the DWP Chairperson and Management aimed to ensure.
That the DWP vision and mission could be implemented immediately by all DWP management both in the service, agencies, and in the sub-districts.
“This event is not only to strengthen the institution, but also so that the vision and mission of the Tangerang Regency DWP which is in line with the regional government can be implemented immediately,” he said.
