The Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) of Tangerang Regency is carrying out excavation activities in Kelor Village, East Sepatan District and Kemuning Village, Kresek District, Tuesday (11/04/2023).
This implementation was carried out to follow up on complaints from the surrounding community because the excavation activities in the three areas were considered to have disturbed public peace and order.
The Head of the Tangerang Regency Satpol PP, Fachrul Rozi, said that there were 2 locations where we stopped excavation activities, namely from the Kresek and East Sepatan Districts.
“From these two location points we took action by temporarily stopping excavation activities and installing a Pol PP Line line on heavy equipment at the location.
We also made an Inspection Report (BAP) which was signed directly by the person in charge of the activity,” he said.
Apart from that, Fachrul emphasized that this action was an effort to enforce the Tangerang Regency regional regulation on business activities that gave rise to Trantibum and caused unrest in the surrounding community.
For information, the Tangerang Regency Satpol PP continues to supervise and take action against business activities in the Tangerang Regency area, and will follow up on public complaints about disturbances to peace and public order in the Tangerang Regency area.
