Tangerang Regent Moch Maesyal Rasyid officially inaugurated and administered the oath of 8,205 Part-Time Government Employees with Work Agreements (P3K) within the Tangerang Regency Government for the 2025 recruitment period.
The inauguration, which included 3,809 teachers, 509 health workers, and 3,887 technical staff, took place at the Raden Aria Yudhanegara Field, Tigaraksa Regency Government Center, on Friday (November 28, 2025).
In his remarks, Regent Maesyal Rasyid stated that the inauguration and oath-taking ceremony for 8,205 Part-Time P3K employees.
This is the largest in Banten Province and serves as a strategic force strengthening the performance of local government services to the public.
“This number makes Tangerang Regency the region with the most Part-Time PPPK in Banten Province.

He also emphasized that Part-Time P3K have the same obligations as other ASN, both in terms of performance and responsibilities.
