Regent of Tangerang Moch Maesyal Rasyid opened the recommendation seminar for the implementation of Community Learning Jam (JBM) which was initiated by the Board of Education of Tangerang Regency at Lemo Hotel, Kelapa Dua District, Friday (28/11/25).

In his speech, Regent Maesyal Rasyid said that cultivating study hours in the community requires active support not only involving policy makers.

But also all elements of society to create an environment that supports comfort and concentration of learning, especially the students as the next generation of development.

“The culture of learning hours needs the support of the active involvement of all communities that are getting stronger to create a more supportive social environment.

This study hour is also very meaningful in terms of determining the comfort and concentration of learning,” said Regent Maesyal Rasyid.

He hopes that through the seminar, he will produce various inputs and formulations as well as a strong commitment together that can be a reference for the implementation of JBM in the future.

“Please formulate and determine what is needed. This is the real form of all of us being responsible so that our children can learn comfortably and well.

So that they can be smart, healthy and smart, become superior and competent human resources to develop the region,” he said.
