Tangerang Regent, Moch. Maesyal Rasyid, attended the second anniversary celebration of Tigaraksa Regional General Hospital (RSUD Tigaraksa).
His presence demonstrated the Regional Government’s concern and support for improving healthcare services for the community in the western region of Tangerang Regency on Friday (12/19).
In his remarks, Regent Maesyal Rasyid emphasized that the increasing age of Tigaraksa Regional General Hospital should serve as motivation and encouragement to continue improving the quality of healthcare services.
According to him, future service challenges require professionalism, empathy, and speed in responding to patient needs.
“Provide responsive, fast, and accurate services, because the community needs them most when they are sick.
Service SOPs must also be simplified so that the public can access them more easily and conveniently,” Regent Maesyal advised all staff at Tigaraksa Regional General Hospital on Thursday (12/18/25).
The Tigaraksa Regional Hospital (RSUD Tigaraksa) was built by the Tangerang Regency Government to provide public health services in the Tigaraksa, Cikupa, Jambe, Cisoka, Solear, and Curug districts.
It is also hoped that its presence will strengthen the referral system and bring health services closer to the community.
“Happy birthday to all staff at RSUD Tigaraksa.
Thank you and our deepest appreciation for the dedication and hard work of the healthcare workers and all hospital staff in providing the best service since its inception until now,” he said.
On that occasion, the Tangerang Regent also took the opportunity to visit the inpatient ward and speak directly with the patient’s family to gather their concerns.
He also prayed for the patient’s speedy recovery.
“We have all heard feedback from the patient’s family. Alhamdulillah, so far, the patient is satisfied with the service provided,” he said.
Then, Regent Maesyal, accompanied by the Director of RSUD Tigaraksa, the Head of the Health Office, and doctors, inaugurated the Echocardiography (Cardiac Ultrasound) room, a non-invasive diagnostic examination method that uses high-frequency sound waves.
To produce real-time visualizations of the heart’s structure, function, and blood flow.
“This procedure is safe and painless and aims to assess the heart muscle, valves, and blood pumping.
With the presence of this new health service, hopefully, the community affected by this condition can be addressed,” he concluded.
Meanwhile, Awan Kurniawan, a resident of Tigaraksa Village, who was accompanying his child in the inpatient room, said that the service at Tigaraksa Regional Hospital (RSUD Tigaraksa) has been very fast and friendly.
“Thank God, my child is receiving good service, and our complaints are being responded to quickly,” said Awan in his statement.
The 2nd Anniversary Celebration of RSUD Tigaraksa included an orphanage donation program and awards for the winners of a healthcare competition.
This activity served as a symbol of social concern and appreciation for the contribution of healthcare workers in improving the quality of services to the community.
