SERANG, POSINTERNASIONAL.COM.

As 2025 draws to a close, Harison Mocodompis, Head of the Banten Province Regional Office of the National Land Agency (BPN),

presented the performance achievements of BPN officials throughout Banten Province throughout 2025, which he assessed as optimal.

Harison revealed that almost all program and activity targets have been successfully realized.

One of the main achievements is the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL), which has reached nearly 100%.

With approximately 7% remaining in the process of completion in several districts/cities.

“Alhamdulillah, the Banten Province BPN Regional Office has almost completed all activity and program targets for 2025.

PTSL achievement is almost 100%, budget realization has reached 98%, and is expected to reach 99% by the end of the year,” said Harison.

On this occasion, Harison expressed his appreciation to all stakeholders.

This includes the local government, the Regional Leadership Communication Forum (Forkopimda), law enforcement officials, the media, and the public for their support of the ATR/BPN’s performance in Banten Province.

“The performance we have achieved is certainly inseparable from the participation and support of all parties.

We hope this achievement will be directly proportional to the improvement in public welfare,” he added.

Furthermore, Harison explained that the remaining land service arrears amount to around 13 percent and are continuing to pursue their resolution.

He emphasized that all district/city Land Offices in Banten are on full alert until December 31, 2025, and will continue into early 2026.

This is to ensure that all public services still in process can be completed optimally.

He also urged the public to get used to managing land services directly at the land office without intermediaries.

According to him, access to services and information is now increasingly easy, both through service counters and through the Ministry of ATR/BPN’s official applications and channels.

“We encourage the public to first review the service requirements through the Sentuh Tanahku app or other official sources before visiting the land office.

This will ensure the service process is not hampered by insufficient documents,” he explained.

Furthermore, Harison urged the public to work together to maintain integrity in the land service process.

This will involve not charging fees beyond the official provisions stipulated in laws and regulations.

“We are committed to maintaining professional public services, with integrity, and free from illegal levies.

If you can handle it yourself, please do so in accordance with the regulations,” he emphasized.

Concluding his statement, Harison conveyed the Banten Province National Land Agency’s (BPN) Regional Office’s commitment to continuously improving service quality by 2026.

This will be done through better planning to maximize the benefits for the people of Banten.
