Tangerang Regent, Moch. Maesyal Rasyid, asked all staff at Perumdam Tirta Kerja Raharja (TKR) to continue innovating and making breakthroughs to improve services and performance.
This was stated by Regent Maesyal Rasyid during a visit to the Perumdam TKR office on Monday (January 12, 2026).
“I ask all staff at Perumdam to continue making innovations and breakthroughs.
“New year, a year of innovation, a year of improved performance, and a year of improved services,” said Regent Maesyal Rasyid.
On this occasion, Regent Maesyal Rasyid emphasized several points, including improving service and discipline.
One of these service improvements is expanding the coverage of clean water services, particularly in the Pantura region, which is expected to reach around 50,000 new customers this year.
“I ask the President Director and all staff, including the supervisory elements of the Supervisory Board, to increase the number of services.
This means that our service expansion in the Pantura region must also continue in other areas requiring clean water services, reaching at least 40,000 to 50,000 customers this year,” he emphasized.
He continued, stating that the discipline that was already good in 2025 must be maintained and improved in 2026.
According to him, discipline in responding to every complaint and prompt follow-up on each complaint submitted by the public should serve as motivation and reflect discipline. “I hope that what has been good will be maintained.
The presentation by the President Director and the Supervisory Board (Board of Commissioners) indicated that the number of public complaints has decreased, and will be reduced by 2025.
Of course, this will continue to be improved in order to provide the best service to the public,” he added.
He also hoped that all of Perumdam TKR’s achievements and targets will be maintained and used as a shared motivation to provide the best service to the public.
“The five-time best title in Indonesia must be preserved; it’s not a title, an award, or a ranking.
The main goal is to continue providing the best service to the public and increasing subscription connections,” he said.
He also expressed his gratitude for the continued performance and excellent service achievements.
He also advised on collaboration and synergy between the board of directors.
The board and all Perumdam TKR employees will continue to be strengthened so that targets and tasks can be completed effectively.
“Hopefully, we can all maintain our reputation as the best, especially in serving the community’s clean water needs.
A positive response and prompt follow-up to every complaint and grievance are part of this top-tier reputation,” he concluded.
