The Deputy Regent of Tangerang, Intan Nurul Hikmah, attended the Ulama and Umaro Religious Study Group (Pengajian Ulama dan Umaro) event for the inauguration of the Multipurpose Building (GSG) in Bantar Panjang Village, Tigaraksa District.
The event was also attended by members of the Tangerang Regency DPRD, the Chairperson of the Tangerang Regency MUI (Indonesian Ulema Council), the Tigaraksa District Head.
Members of the Tigaraksa Police, the Bantar Panjang Village Head and the Chairperson of the Bantar Panjang Village Family Welfare Movement (PKK), religious leaders, community leaders, and local congregation members, on Wednesday (January 28, 2026).
In her remarks, Deputy Regent Intan expressed her appreciation for all parties who initiated the religous study group and the inauguration of the Bantar Panjang Village Multipurpose Building.
According to her, the Ulama and Umaro Religious Study Group (Pengajian Ulama dan Umaro) represents a concrete manifestation of the togetherness between leaders and religious figures in building a religious and harmonious society.
“Development is not only about infrastructure, but must also be accompanied by the development of faith, morals, and togetherness.
When religious leaders and religious leaders work hand in hand, God willing, the community will feel the benefits, filled with harmony,” said Deputy Regent Intan.
She also invited the Bantar Panjang community to pray for those affected by natural disasters, both in Tangerang Regency and elsewhere, for fortitude and strength.
Furthermore, she urged residents to remain vigilant against all potential disasters and to increase social awareness.
“Let us pray together for our brothers and sisters affected by disasters. I also implore the Bantar Panjang community.
To always be vigilant against all potential disasters and to work together to help those affected,” she said.
Furthermore, she emphasized that the newly inaugurated Bantar Panjang Village Community Center (GSG) belongs to everyone and should serve as a center for social, educational, religious, and other activities.
“This building belongs to everyone.
Let’s make good use of it and maintain it together.
Use this GSG for beneficial activities, such as religious studies, social activities, education, and other community activities,” he concluded.
The Head of Bantar Panjang Village, Ujang, in his remarks expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the Tangerang Regency Government’s attention in constructing the Multipurpose Building as a community facility.
“Thank you to the Deputy Regent and all her staff for making this GSG a reality.
This GSG will be used for religious, educational, and community activities, and will serve as a symbol of the synergy between ulama, umaro, and the community,” said Ujang.
