The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) expressed appreciation and awards to work units (Satker) that achieved the Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Region (WBBM) designation.
And the Orderly and Integrity Administrative Region (WTAB) designation in 2026.
This appreciation was conveyed for the Satker’s concrete work in building accountable and service-oriented governance.
“I express my appreciation and recognition to all Satker that today achieved the WBBM and WTAB designations. These Satker demonstrate a strong commitment to improving services at the Ministry of ATR/BPN,” said the Secretary General of ATR/BPN.
Dalu Agung Darmawan at an event held at the Prona Hall of the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Jakarta, on Thursday (March 5, 2026).
The Secretary General of the ATR/BPN reminded that awards are not the end of the bureaucratic improvement process.
After receiving an award, each Work Unit remains responsible for maintaining consistent performance and integrity in providing services to the public.
“If you receive an award, you will certainly be happy.
But remember, afterward, you will continue your duties and responsibilities in the service,” he said.
At this event, the Secretary of the Inspectorate General of ATR/BPN, Sutaryono, reported the details of the award recipients.
The WBBM (Wood-Based Assessment) award was given to the Denpasar City Land Office, while the WTAB (Wood-Based Assessment) award was given to 31 Work Units, including the BPN Regional Offices of the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Bali Provinces, and 29 Land Offices.
WBBM is the highest award awarded by the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform to government agency work units.
This award signifies that the agency has successfully implemented Bureaucratic Reform, prevented corruption, and provided excellent quality public services.
Meanwhile, WTAB is a designation awarded by the Ministry of ATR/BPN to work units that have successfully implemented clean, transparent, accountable, and corruption-free administrative governance.
This internal award is the first step in encouraging all work units to achieve the Corruption-Free Area (WBK) and WBBM (Corruption-Free Area) designations.
On the same occasion, the Acting Assistant Deputy for Policy Formulation and Coordination for the Implementation of Apparatus Accountability and Supervision at the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform, Kamaruddin, also expressed his appreciation for the achievements of the Ministry of ATR/BPN.
“We expect them to continue to maintain consistent performance and integrity.
We also need to strengthen their focus on results and impact, and to become role models and agents of change.
This doesn’t stop with receiving the designation; it also involves expanding the replication of breakthroughs and innovations,” Kamaruddin concluded.
Virgo Eresta Jaya, Director General of Land and Spatial Surveying and Mapping, also participated in the award ceremony.
Also in attendance were Expert Staff for Bureaucratic Reform, Deni Santo, and several high-ranking officials from the Ministry of ATR/BPN.
