Eddy Hiariej (EH) Deputy Minister of Law and Human Rights has been named a suspect by the KPK, basically the evidence is complete, Jakarta, Monday (18/12).
EH, at least the investigators just have to complete the pre-trial hearing and will hand over the case to the South Jakarta Corruption Eradication Committee.
As suspect EH, the KPK investigators already have enough evidence. In the near future, several more people will be named suspects.
Now there are around 3 more people who provide services, and the EH intermediary can do so with a 3rd party.
“In the near future, there will be additional suspects after EH, who is now detained by the KPK,” said Alexander Marwata, deputy KPK in Jakarta.
According to him, the case of alleged bribery and gratification by the Deputy Minister of Law and Human Rights has been falsified and there will be additional cases.

He also did not want to respond further regarding Eddy Hiariej et al’s request for judicial papers which blamed him for the legal process in the alleged bribery case at the KPK.
“Just leave the assessment in question,” said Alex when confirmed via written message, Monday (18/12).
“What is clear is that the Corruption Eradication Commission named someone as a suspect because his actions qualified as corruption and were based on sufficient evidence,” he continued, quoted by CNN Indonesia.
To develop this case, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) investigators have implemented SOPs. He said, EH’s arrest also had sufficient evidence.
