Heirs of the Late Ramli Halim and Lawyers Fight Back Against the Tangerang City Government Over the Forced Demolition of the Border Fence.

Has not found a bright spot regarding the land ownership dispute between the heirs of (the late) Ramli Halim and the Tangerang City Government.

The heirs continue to make efforts to seek justice and fight against the demolition of the land boundary without prior notification. Tuesday, (11/02/2025).

The heirs of the late Ramli Halim Willy (46), accompanied by a team of lawyers, met with the Tangerang City Secretary who is currently held by the Plh who previously met with one of the Tangerang City Government legal bureaus who had an argument.

Not finding a bright spot for what was expected, finally the family of the heirs of the late Ramli Halim who was accompanied by a team of lawyers was welcomed by the Plh Tangerang City Secretary in the room and then a discussion was held between the two parties.

The heir’s relative, Meilina Tourisina, also expressed her disappointment with the Tangerang City Government. She considered the government to be acting arbitrarily towards residents who have land rights.

“Even though we pay taxes on time, the government can still act arbitrarily on the grounds of the Tibum Regional Regulation,” said Meilina.

The Heirs Team felt lied to by the promise of One of the Initials Li, to meet on Monday But with clear evidence the name was not there.

Meilina said firmly that until now there has been no clarity regarding compensation from the Tangerang City Government. Therefore, his party plans to re-close access to the Rusunawa which is located on the land.

Meanwhile, Parulian Agustinus S.H., M.H. stated that in the Tangerang District Court (PN) decision, it was not stated that the Tangerang City Government was the legal owner of the land.

His party will appeal to the Banten High Court and is ready to report the alleged arbitrary actions of the City Government to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), Polda Metro Jaya, Ombudsman, and the Ministry of PAN-RB.

One of the members of the Heirs present at the Tangerang City Government Breaking Through with Legal Counsel in front of the media said that I, Willy, the heir of the late Ramli Halim, hope that this problem can be handled as soon as possible by the relevant agencies so that it can be resolved immediately.

“We hope that this problem will be resolved as soon as possible”. Not dragging on with the sweet promises that I have received since 2021.

Willy also hopes that it is true. I am not making things difficult for residents, because I am defending my parents’ property rights, have clear and legal letters and proof of ownership.
