The Jakarta Journalists Forum (FWJ) Indonesia took action in Sepatan, Tangerang Regency, Banten, Wednesday (28/08), because they did not heed Tangerang Regent Regulation No. 12 of 2022.

H. Abudin has been a sub-district head for five years, in 2024 H. Abudin was demonstrated by students.

If this is not heeded by the Sepatan Sub-district Head, H. Abudin, then students will bring even more.

Basically, the Sepatan Sub-district Head has signed a letter of agreement to follow up on fellow students and journalists.

“We hope that the Sepatan Sub-district Head, H. Abudin, will not violate the rules regarding the Enforcement of Regent Regulation No. 12 of 2022,” said Danis from the students.

According to Danis, if this rule is not enforced, he will promise to bring the same thing.

“He will come more, he will even demonstrate until the end,” he said.

The Head of Sepatan District, H. Abudin also asked the Land Truck and Sand Truck entrepreneurs to comply with the Tangerang Regent’s Regulation No. 12 of 2022.

“We also hope that students and other colleagues will coordinate with the TNI, Polri, Satpol.PP and other agencies,” he said.

And don’t let it happen again, that trucks must also comply with the regional regulations made by the Tangerang Regency Government.

“We will also carry out orders from the Pol.PP Sub-district members to always enforce the Regional Regulation regarding the prohibition of Operations,” he said.

According to Nurhayati (45) a resident, so that the rules are enforced, his party, the land truck and sand truck entrepreneurs also depend on the Government.

Enforcement is carried out from the Village, Sub-district and Tangerang Regency.
