Tangerang Deputy Regent Intan oversees and fully supports Sodong Village, Tigaraksa District to be the best in the 2025 Banten Province Village and Sub-district Competition, Friday (14/6/25)
On that occasion, Deputy Regent Intan revealed the advantages of Sodong Village, Tigaraksa District related to the implementation of government affairs.
Starting from the education, health, economic, public order and security sectors, community participation in the field of government, community institutions and village administration and the role of the PKK.
“The Sodong Village Government has shown real progress in community empowerment, community services, institutional strengthening, and innovation in village governance,” explained Deputy Regent Intan
She continued, the theme of this year’s Village and Sub-district Competition, namely “Food Resilient Villages and Sub-districts, Realizing Food Security Towards a Golden Indonesia” is very relevant to the government’s strategic program in the field of food security.
With real progress both administratively and physically, we believe that Sodong Village deserves to be the Champion in the 2025 Banten Provincial Village Competition and is ready to represent Banten Province at the National level.
“We from the Tangerang Regency Government fully support Sodong Village to become a strong, independent, and prosperous village.
As a foundation towards a prosperous and increasingly brilliant Tangerang Regency and together make a major contribution to realizing Indonesia Emas 2045,” he said
According to him, the village competition which is routinely held every year is not just a competition.
But it is an important momentum to evaluate the extent to which the achievements of development and public services at the village and sub-district levels are present for the interests and welfare of the community
“We from the Tangerang Regency Government have become strategic partners of villages and sub-districts.
We will also continue to be open to input and direction from the Assessment Team in order to improve the governance and implementation of inclusive and sustainable village governance,” he concluded
The head of the jury team for the Banten Provincial village and sub-district competition, Suherman, said that one of the main objectives of this village and sub-district competition.
To see how far the villages and sub-districts in Banten Province are able to maximize all their potential for the progress and welfare of their respective communities.
“Hopefully the villages in Banten can show themselves and achieve at the national level, that’s the hope, and what we are doing today Sodong Village, an outstanding village in Tigaraksa District, is a champion and a motivation for fellow village heads to achieve better in the future,” he said
