The Protocol and Communication Section of the Regional Secretariat Leadership held Technical Guidance (Bimtek). Preparing Welcome Manuscripts and Documenting Leadership Activities in Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD).
The event was held from 23-24 October 2024 and opened by the Assistant for General Administration of the Regional Secretariat.

Fizada said that the implementation of protocol functions is not only in the Protocol and Communications Section of the Regional Secretariat Leadership but also in each OPD.
