One of the certificate recipients in Bandung Regency, Mumun, expressed his happiness with the land certificate obtained from the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program.
Mumun received the certificate directly in front of his yard from the Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) on Sunday (09/06/2024).
He admitted that he had been reluctant to process land certificates because he did not know how to process them.
Mumun was finally moved to take care of it for several reasons. First, since he found out there was a program called PTSL from President Joko Widodo.
“I’ve lived here for 59 years but I haven’t held a certificate yet. “I’m really happy after the long wait to finally have a certificate,” said Mumun.
The second reason is because officers from the Bandung Regency Land Office and village officials are actively going around inviting residents to process land certificates.
“The process is easy and fast. If there are missing files, the active officer notifies me, so I can quickly complete them,” added Mumun.
Mumun is a Hajj and Umrah clothing manufacturer in his village.
With the certificate he received today, he plans to use it to obtain collateral capital to develop his business, so that it becomes more advanced and creates employment opportunities in his area.
