Banten BPN Regional Office Socializes Electronic Certificates, Here’s How to Check Their Authenticity,

The Banten Province BPN Regional Office was present as a resource person at the Electronic Certificate Socialization event organized by Jaya Group Property.

This event was the second event to socialize electronic certificates with organizers outside government agencies.

Located at the Emerald House Club, South Tangerang City recently Quoting from what was conveyed by the Head of the Survey and Mapping Division of the Banten Province BPN.

Regional Office  Suwandi Prasetyo in the event explained that electronic certificates have 3 (three) security methods, namely, First.

Secure Paper Where the electronic certificate paper contains an invisible hidden image which is only visible with an ultraviolet light.

“People can print electronic certificates or not, but I’m sure people will definitely want to have physical ones and when the application for land services is completed, the land service will be issued,” said Suwandi.

Second, Secure Access “The community has an electronic safe as digital information on their land assets which can be accessed via SSO (Single Sign On) and partner accounts.

“To access it, use multifactor authentication, apart from requiring a username and password, an OTP is also sent to the user’s email,” he explained.

Third, Secure File where the electronic certificate is also protected with a certified electronic signature from BSRe.

Suwandi also explained several ways to check the authenticity of electronic land service products such as electronic checking or rights.

Electronic dependents whose output is in the form of an electronic document in PDF format can be done via the Adobe Acrobat Reader application using the signature panel feature.

“This feature detects the validity of the TTE, if someone changes the document then the green tick will definitely disappear,” he explained.

Apart from that, checking the authenticity of land electronic products can be done through the BeSign application from BSrE using the signature panel feature.

“This feature detects the validity of the TTE on electronic documents, if it is still original then a valid statement will appear,” he continued.

Next, via the Touch My Land application which can be downloaded on the Play Store or App Store.

“On the top right side there is a barcode scanning feature which if we scan the QR code on the product it will display information on the latest edition of the electronic certificate,” he concluded.
