The Head of the Banten Province BPN Regional Office, Harison Mocodompis, along with the Secretary of the Directorate General of Land Rights Determination and Registration at the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency.
Sudaryanto—who previously served as Head of the Banten BPN Regional Office—conducted a courtesy visit and bid farewell to the Governor of Banten Province, Andra Soni, on Monday (11/17/2025).
Accompanied by the Acting Administrator, Head of the Survey and Mapping Division, Septein Paramia Swantika; Head of the Land Registration and Determination Division.
Darman Satia HS; and Head of the Land Acquisition and Development Division, Goyandi Dwi Damar. Also in attendance were the Head of the Banten Province Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Agency.
Arlan Marzan, the Head of the Banten Province Regional Finance and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD), Rina Dewiyanti; and the Head of the Public Housing and Settlement Areas Agency.
Rachmat Rogianto, to discuss progress on accelerating the certification of Banten Provincial Government assets.
Harison explained that the meeting was cordial and focused on initial coordination and conveying the Banten National Land Agency’s commitment to supporting regional development policies.
“We intended this meeting to report and bid farewell.
The Governor expressed his appreciation for the good cooperation thus far and provided several directions regarding priority policies of the Banten Provincial Government that require BPN support,” Harison said.
Regarding various land issues in Banten, Harison stated that more specific discussions would be conducted according to the needs and direction of the Governor.
He also highlighted the importance of the BPN’s role in supporting strategic regional development, especially when land requirements are part of the development plan.
“The National Land Agency (BPN) doesn’t own land, but we do have a land database: who owns it, what its status is, and what it’s used for.
That’s what we always prepare to support the provincial government,” he explained.
Before concluding his visit, Harison also announced his plans to visit the Banten Provincial Ombudsman and Information Commission as a commitment to transparency.
“Our performance is assessed by the public and institutions like the Ombudsman and the Information Commission. Because if we were to assess ourselves, we wouldn’t be included,” he said.
