The Banten Province National Land Agency (BPN) Regional Office and all land offices throughout Banten won the 2024 Public Service Provision Compliance Assessment Predicate Award or Public Service Provision Supervision Opinion, all in the Green Zone with the Highest Quality Opinion, Category “A” on Wednesday (4/12/2024).
The award was presented by the Head of the Banten Province Ombudsman Representative Office, Fadli Afriadi together with the Head of the Banten Province BPN Regional Office, Sudaryanto to the head of the land office at the Banten Governor’s Pendopo.
Fadli said that the purpose of holding this activity was to provide appreciation to public bodies that have provided good public services and provide motivation to continue to improve the quality of their services.
Meanwhile, in his speech, Sudaryanto explained, “Initially (2023 Assessment-ed) all land offices were in the Green Zone, 5 land offices with the Highest Quality Opinion, Category “A” and 3 land offices with the Highest Quality Opinion, Category “B”.
However, currently all district/city land offices throughout Banten have received the Highest Quality Opinion, Category “A”, “he explained.
He also said that in order to improve the quality of service towards digital, serving all land offices, they have implemented Electronic Services and Electronic Land Title Certificates as well as various service innovations such as Mobile Certificate Services.

For information, at the Awarding Ceremony held by the Banten Province Ombudsman Representative, the land office with the highest score was the Pandeglang Regency Land Office (Kantah) with a score of 97.48.
