Creating synergy, collaboration and implementation of the relationship between electronic-based government systems to be more collaborated.

The Tangerang Regency Communication and Informatics Agency (Diskominfo) held a Literacy and Collaboration Meeting on Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE) in 2025.

As a strategic step to improve understanding and synergy between stakeholders in the implementation of SPBE.

This meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenpan RB RI), representatives of Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD), academics, technology practitioners, and other related parties.

The event was held at the Qubika Hotel Gading Serpong, Monday (02/17/2025).

“The implementation of SPBE is not just about digitalizing administration, but also an effort to build a more modern, transparent, and data-based government system,” said Acting Head of the Tangerang Regency Diskominfo, Prima Saras Puspa.

The activity aims to socialize the implementation of SPBE management to all stakeholders in order to increase understanding and awareness of the importance of digitalizing government.

In addition, he said that in order to improve synergy and collaboration between all Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) in implementing SPBE to be more effective and sustainable.

“At the same time, encouraging the integration of digital services across OPDs in the Tangerang Regency Government to create faster, more efficient, and more transparent public services,” he said.

In addition, the Head of Application and Information Technology, Cecep Khaerudin, said that he socialized with all Regional Apparatuses that were actually.

The main stakeholders of the electronic-based government system and also academics around Tangerang Regency.

“Creating panel discussions and experience sharing sessions from several regions that have successfully implemented SPBE effectively.

Participants are given insight into the challenges and solutions in implementing SPBE policies, including aspects of data security and integration of digital services between agencies,” he said.

He hopes that policies related to SPBE will be conveyed and innovations in digital services will also be integrated and collaborated in the future.
