Since its launch in December 2023, 2.4 million Electronic Certificates have been successfully issued and can be more than 35% efficient in the time for issuing land certificates.
This was conveyed by the Secretary General (Sekjen) of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN).
Suyus Windayana when opening the Monitoring and Evaluation of the Implementation of Electronic Document Issuance in Land Services in 2024, recently,
“We have saved more than 35% of the land certificate making process.
So in the past, certificates had to be stamped with a Garuda stamp, sewn with land books and measurement letters, taken home to be signed, printed, and so on.
Now with this Electronic Certificate, it is faster,” said Suyus Windayana at the Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran.
Electronic Certificates have various benefits, including preventing forgery, avoiding theft or loss, safe from natural disasters, floods or fires.
And easier to access through electronic safes.
From the ministry’s perspective, this Electronic Certificate also provides data security because the Electronic Land Book is stored as a data block so it cannot be changed.
In this case, the Secretary General of the Ministry of ATR/BPN appealed to the ranks of the Land Office to fill in land data completely.
“So it is important that the electronic documents have valid data because the information will be displayed to the public.
If the City/Regency is Complete, I think the service will not be slow anymore. I will continue to monitor so that these service processes become even faster,” he explained.
The monitoring and evaluation activities were attended by 300 participants from the central and regional Ministry of ATR/BPN.
Participants in the activity included the Heads of Survey and Mapping Divisions, Heads of Rights Determination and Registration Divisions.
As well as the Substance Coordinator for related fields at the Provincial BPN Regional Office and 104 priority City/District Land Office Heads.
Present on this occasion, the Director General of Land Rights Determination and Registration (PHPT), Asnaedi; Director General of Land Dispute and Conflict Handling (PSKP).
Iljas Tedjo Prijono; and a number of High-Level Pratama Officials within the Ministry of ATR/BPN.
Present as resource persons, Plt. Head of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia and Coordinator of the Deputy Attorney General for General Crimes.
