Tangerang Regent Moch Maesyal Rasyid became the instructor of the first Monday morning assembly with all levels of the Tangerang Regency Government (Pemkab) at Raden Aria Yudhanegara Field, Tangerang Regency Government Center, Monday (3/3/25).
In his message, Regent Maesyal Rasyid expressed his gratitude and enthusiasm in running the government.
He emphasized his commitment that together with the Tangerang Deputy Regent, he will build Tangerang Regency and provide the best service to the community.
“We ask for support from all levels of the apparatus to jointly carry out their duties and functions as public servants.
We must work together, join hands according to our respective main tasks and functions in order to realize optimal development and service,” said the Regent.
The Regent also emphasized the importance of compiling the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) in accordance with the vision and mission that he and his deputy have planned.
To that end, he asked the Head of the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) and the relevant Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD).
To immediately draft the initial draft of the RPJMD, which must be determined within six months after the inauguration.
“The RPJMD must be prepared carefully as the main guide in implementing the next five-year development program.
This preparation must involve all elements of the regional government so that the designed program truly touches the needs of the community,” he said.
Maesyal Rasyid said that the vision of Tangerang Regency for the future is to create a prosperous and competitive society.
To achieve this goal, there are six main missions that are priorities, namely: realizing effective and efficient governance.
Strengthening a strong, productive and competitive people’s economy, improving the quality of education, improving health services.
Equity and acceleration of infrastructure development, and realizing sustainable environmental sustainability.
On that occasion, he symbolically inaugurated the use of new classrooms for kindergartens, elementary schools and junior high schools.
He said that the use of new classrooms was a real step by the Tangerang Regency Government to improve the quality of education and expand access to learning for students.
“We hope that with the addition of these new classrooms, the learning process can run more comfortably and conducively.
Education is one of our main priorities in building superior human resources,” he said
Closing his message, the Regent invited all employees in the Tangerang Regency Government to carry out their duties in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
He emphasized his commitment to ensuring that all employees work with full responsibility and integrity.
“My message to all employees, carry out your duties according to your functions and applicable laws and regulations.
Let’s work together to build Tangerang Regency to be better,” he concluded
After the roll call, the Regent accepted congratulations from the employees.
Furthermore, the Regent and Deputy Regent of Tangerang led a coordination meeting with all ranks of OPDs and sub-district heads throughout Tangerang Regency.
To discuss strategic steps in realizing regional development programs, especially the implementation of the superior programs of the 100 days of work of the Regent and Deputy Regent of Tangerang.
“We must work in a structured and synergistic manner in implementing priority programs.
Every OPD and sub-district head must have the same understanding so that development runs effectively and on target,” said the Regent in the meeting.
