As an effort to follow up on the results of the 2023 Integrity Assessment Survey (SPI) conducted by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).

The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) is holding Socialization and Follow-up on SPI Improvements in 2024.

This activity took place in the Prona Hall of the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Jakarta on Monday (03/06/2024).

In his speech, the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) said that the Ministry of ATR/BPN could form and reactivate the Gratification Control Unit.

“I ask the unit not to be passive, collect reports on receipt of gratuities, and proactively collaborate with all parties to intensify efforts to prevent and take action against corrupt behavior,” he said.

Through this activity, Minister AHY stated that his staff could use it as a forum for reference and reflection to create a better, more professional and integrity ATR/BPN Ministry.

“We want, as we often advocate, for the ATR/BPN Ministry to be more advanced and modern. More serving, professional and trustworthy. It just remains to be seen, it won’t just be jargon.

“It’s not just a hashtag but it really is the strength and character of the ATR/BPN ministry,” said Minister AHY.

As a form of embodiment of good governance and clean government, Minister AHY invited all levels to make improvements.

“These are two equal parts that are equally important. Therefore, with that spirit, we want to evaluate, correct, reflect and contemplate what we have carried out in 2023,” stressed the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN.

Meanwhile, to support the expected survey results, Pahala Nainggolan as Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), who was present as a resource person, said there were three components in the assessment of the survey.

“That there are three components, one third is contributed internally. One third is external, these are ATR/BPN service users, the other third are experts, experts. Only then will we get a score of 100,” he explained.

Until mid-2024, the Ministry of ATR/BPN has achieved a number of significant achievements and exceeded targets.

Since the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program began until April 2024, 112 million plots of land have been registered out of 126 million plots in Indonesia.

Meanwhile, Agrarian Reform has reached 2.2 million plots of land with an area of 1.4 million hectares.

This was reported by Suyus Windayana, Secretary General (Sekjen) of the Ministry of ATR/BPN in this socialization activity.

“Other achievements such as spatial planning, land acquisition, financial report management, bureaucratic reform and electronic-based government systems (SPBE) have also experienced an increasing trend and even exceeded targets,” said Suyus Windayana.

Regarding this, the Secretary General invited all levels, both at the central level and regional work units who were present offline and online, to share the meaning of the results of SPI implementation.

“This makes it a means of reflection for us to formulate together and carry out follow-up improvements in all lines,” said Suyus Windayana.

Also present were Middle and Primary High Leadership Officials, Administrator Officials within the ATR/BPN Ministry, both central and regional work units. Also present was the Monitoring Team from the KPK.
