Acting (Pj) Regent of Tangerang, Andi Ony, officially opened the Basic Competency Selection (SKD) for the recruitment of Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS) for the Tangerang Regency Government in 2024 at the Kitri Bakti Training Building Hall, Curug District, Tangerang Regency, Monday (4/11/24).
This SKD selection was attended by more than 14,000 SKD participants. They competed to get one of the 500 positions needed in the Tangerang Regency Government.
In his remarks, Pj Andi Ony hoped that all participants could go through this selection process well and commit to making the best contribution to regional development.
He emphasized that participants who passed must truly have integrity, professionalism, and good morals as a foundation for working in government.
“I hope that the participants who later pass and join as ASN in Tangerang Regency can carry out their duties with full responsibility.
Having high dedication, and upholding the values of integrity and good morals.
This is very important in building quality public services,” said Andi Ony.
He hopes that the selected ASN can play an active role and contribute positively to improving development, empowerment and services in Tangerang Regency.
“As civil servants, we have an obligation to provide the best service to the community.
Hopefully, ASN who pass can work sincerely and wholeheartedly to support improving the quality of life of Tangerang Regency residents,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Tangerang Regency Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency (BKPSDM), Hendar Herawan, said that the SKD process was carried out transparently and accountably, according to the standards set by the government.
This is expected to produce quality ASN candidates who are ready to support the vision and mission of Tangerang Regency.
“The implementation of the CPNS SKD test will take place from November 4 to 14, 2024 for those in Kitri Bakti.
And for those who took the test in other places, some have already done it,” he said.
According to him, the number of applicants for the formation in Tangerang Regency reached 20,986 people and those who submitted the registration reached 17,910 registrants.
They will compete to fill 272 health worker formations and 228 technical worker formations.
