The implementation of Electronic Land Certificate Services continues to be pushed throughout Indonesia.

Under the leadership of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY),

More than 300 Land Offices (Kantah) in districts/cities have implemented the Electronic Land Certificate service, including the Ternate City Kantah in North Maluku Province.

Of all the Kantahs in North Maluku, there are eight Kantahs that have not implemented the Electronic Land Certificate service.

Jonahar as the Coordinator of the Task and Function Implementation Supervisory Team for the BPN and Kantah Regional Offices (Kanwil), encouraged this service to be implemented immediately.

As Minister AHY often said, the implementation of this Electronic Land Certificate service needs to be expanded, so that its benefits can be felt by the community.

“We hope that the Electronic Land Certificate Service can be implemented in all work units in August,” said Jonahar, Expert Staff for Information Technology who is also the Acting.

Jonahar also highlighted the budget absorption and implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) strategic program. “I hope that PTSL will not be until November, 2024.

Perhaps it would be better if it was completed in September. Likewise with the budget, I am sure that the absorption can reach 99.4% by the end of the year,” he continued.

On the same occasion, Expert Staff for Community Participation and Regional Government, Yulia Jaya Nirmawati emphasized that the Implementation of the Electronic Land Certificate Service.

It has actually been implemented. “Now is the digital era, of the nine districts/cities here, only Ternate City has implemented Electronic Land Certificates.

We, the Supervisory Team, will oversee so that the other eight Kantahs in North Maluku can immediately implement the Electronic Land Certificate Service,” he said.

He also encouraged the ranks of the BPN Regional Office and Kantah throughout North Maluku to utilize existing technology.

“The public must also be introduced to the digital channels that we have as a form of our commitment to providing easy services from anywhere and anytime,” explained Yulia Jaya Nirmawati.

Then all work units in North Maluku are increasingly motivated to implement the Electronic Land Certificate service.

“We are very grateful for the visit from the supervisors in the context of monitoring and evaluating the performance of the implementation of land program activities and support for the acceleration of spatial planning.

We are grateful because this visit can provide motivation to all levels of the North Maluku Province BPN Regional Office,” concluded Stanley.

Present on this occasion were a number of High-Level Officials of the Ministry of ATR/BPN who are also Members of the Task and Function Implementation Supervisory Team of the BPN Regional Office and Kantah.

Also present were all Administrator Officials within the North Maluku Province BPN Regional Office.
