The National Land Agency (BPN) of Tangerang Regency handed over land certificates for the 2024 Direct Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program to residents of Sodong Village, Tigaraksa District. The handover ceremony took place at the Edelweis Tourism Education Center on Saturday, July 19, 2025.

The Head of the Tangerang Regency National Land Agency (BPN), Yayat Ahadiat Awaludin, S.SiT., M.H., said, “Today we are handing over 20 PTSL land certificates, out of a total of 248 certificates we handed over in 2024 in Sodong Village, Tigaraksa District.

Please note, in addition to handing over land certificates, we also inspected the location for the agrarian reform access arrangement in Sodong Village, Tigaraksa District.

“In accordance with Presidential Regulation (Perpres) No. 62 of 2023 concerning the acceleration of the implementation of Agrarian Reform,

We are tasked with facilitating the restructuring of land control, ownership, use, and utilization through cross-sectoral collaboration between several relevant agencies within the Tangerang Regency Government and the Tangerang Regency Ministry of Religious Affairs,” he said.

Meanwhile, this year, the PTSL program in Tangerang Regency has targeted 2,184 plots in 11 villages in Teluknaga District, with the budget only released in early July 2025.

This target is expected to be completed on time, so residents can have certainty and legal standing over their land.

“Hopefully, by mapping and registering land plots in Tangerang Regency, we can protect the rights of the Tangerang Regency community.

Regarding their respective land ownership rights, this will ultimately bring prosperity and well-being to the community,” he said.

At the same location, Tangerang Regency DPRD Member Hj. Herni Susilawati S.E. expressed her gratitude to the Head of the Tangerang Regency National Land Agency (BPN) for assisting the residents of Sodong Village, Tigaraksa District, who now have legal land ownership certificates.

She also requested all village heads, their staff, and sub-district heads to be more active in assisting in mapping and certifying all land parcels in their respective areas.

“This is a collaborative effort between all village government officials and the regional government, in collaboration with the Tangerang Regency BPN, to provide legal certainty to the community regarding their land ownership,” she concluded.

The Tigaraksa Sub-district Head H. Cucu Abdurrosyied, S.H., S.IP., M.Si., added that he thanked the Head of the National Land Agency (BPN) for the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program.

This demonstrates the BPN’s efforts in providing legal certainty regarding land rights to the community in Sodong Village, Tigaraksa District.

Furthermore, H. Cucu, who is also the former Chair of the Tangerang Regency National Land Agency (KNPI), considers the PTSL program crucial because it provides significant benefits to the community, particularly in terms of legal certainty over their land.

With land certificates, the community has legal and legally binding proof of ownership, thus preventing future land disputes.

“The implementation of PTSL by the Tangerang Regency Land Agency (BPN) in Tigaraksa District, supported by the local government and relevant parties, has successfully had a positive impact on the community.

Especially in terms of fulfilling land rights and improving welfare. Therefore, the Tigaraksa District Head’s appreciation and gratitude to the BPN is a form of appreciation for their hard work and dedication in making this program a success,” he said.

The Tangerang Regency BPN highly commends the Tangerang Regency Government for facilitating the simultaneous and connected handover of certificates.
