Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) was awarded the Bintang Mahaputera Nararya by the President of the Republic of Indonesia (RI), Joko Widodo at the Merdeka Palace, Wednesday (08/14/2024).
Minister AHY said that this star is a form of appreciation and responsibility given by the president.
“In fact, what we do is not for an award or a star. But of course we want to work as hard as possible.
Currently, as Minister of ATR/Head of BPN, I also want to continue to focus on achievement targets, especially to resolve various land and spatial planning problems in Indonesia,” said Minister AHY after the award
Based on Law Number 20 of 2009 Article 28, this award is given if someone has made extraordinary services in various fields that are beneficial to progress.
The welfare and prosperity of the nation and state, their devotion and sacrifice in the social, political, economic, legal, cultural, scientific, technological, and several other fields.
Which is of great benefit to the nation and state; and/or their devotion and services are widely recognized at the national and international levels.
In this case, Minister AHY has encouraged the acceleration of land registration through the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program.
This is proven by the registration of more than 116 million of the target of 120 million land plots in 2024.
Minister AHY has also succeeded in accelerating the massive Implementation of Electronic Land Certificate Services, so that this year there have been 396 Land Offices that have implemented electronic land certificate services in the last five months.
In addition, Minister AHY also provides support for the development of the IKN in terms of Land Acquisition.
Currently, the Ministry of ATR/BPN has successfully completed 4 Land Acquisition packages in the IKN and 9 Land Acquisition packages are in the completion process.
“My family and I are certainly grateful for the awarding of the Bintang Mahaputera Nararya which was presented directly by President Joko Widodo in a ceremony full of honor.
Once again, hopefully this can certainly increase enthusiasm,” said Minister AHY
On the same occasion, President Joko Widodo also pinned service medals to 64 people who were considered to have rendered services to the Indonesian nation.
Also present accompanying Minister AHY was the Advisor of IKAWATI, Ministry of ATR/BPN, Annisa Pohan Yudhoyono.
