Tangerang Regent H. Moch. Maesyal Rasyid officially inaugurated and took the oath/promise of office for 15 Civil Servants (PNS) in the position of Senior High-Level Leaders in the Tangerang Regency Government.
The event was held at the Tangerang Regent’s Pendopo Hall on Monday, (7/7/25)
In his remarks, the Regent emphasized that this inauguration was not just a ceremonial event.
But was a mandate from Law Number 20 of 2023 concerning State Civil Apparatus and part of a strategic step in bureaucratic structuring and institutional strengthening.
“This is a mandate as well as a big responsibility that must be carried out with full dedication, integrity, and professionalism.
ASN are required to continue to innovate and contribute to accelerating regional development,” said Regent Maesyal Rasyid
He also invited all newly inaugurated officials to immediately adapt to the new work environment, build synergy and collaboration across sectors, and uphold the ASN values of BERAKHLAK (Service Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative).
“Be a role model in behavior, discipline, and performance. Comply with laws and regulations.
Stay away from indiscipline that is detrimental to institutions and society,” he added.
He hopes that the high-ranking officials who are inaugurated can become agents of change who bring positive energy to bureaucratic transformation and improving public services in Tangerang Regency.
“Hopefully this mandate will be carried out as well as possible for the realization of a more advanced, prosperous, and competitive Tangerang Regency,” he concluded
The inauguration ceremony of the first high-ranking official was also attended by elements of the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda), the Regional Secretary, heads of OPDs, and other invited guests.
