When opening the Land Deed Official (PPAT) exam on Tuesday (17/12/2024), the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Nusron Wahid said that PPATs who pass will become part of the transformation of the ATR/BPN Ministry’s land services.

He explained that there are two transformations being carried out, namely the system and human resources (HR).

“There are two systems (that will be transformed), namely business processes and IT because later we will link them.

So we will link the idea later AJB (Sale and Purchase Deed) and the deeds that you will compile later if you pass.

It is monitored online in Pusdatin so that we will know how many are active, how many are not, how many transactions, including how much the transaction costs will be, we will monitor,” said Nusron Wahid in his remarks at the event held at the National Land College (STPN), D.I. Yogyakarta.

This PPAT is also involved in the HR transformation currently being carried out by the Ministry of ATR/BPN.

Minister Nusron explained that improving the quality of PPAT is carried out through rotation of placements like state civil servants (ASN) at the Ministry of ATR/BPN.

“The KPK found that the costs and services of PPAT are not uniform.

Some are very high, some are very large. Because they are not uniform, maybe we have considered maybe we will continue to rotate the PPAT places so that there is no continuous confusion,” said the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN.

The 2024 PPAT exam at STPN has entered the second wave. Previously, the first PPAT exam took place at the PPSDM Ministry of ATR/BPN, Cikeas.

The total number of registrants for this year’s PPAT exam reached 6,000, of which 5,544 were declared to have passed and were entitled to take the exam.

The PPAT exam is carried out using the Computer Based Test (CBT) method, the results of which can be seen in real time around the exam location.

Later, participants who are declared to have passed are those who can meet the passing grade and ranking. The exam is very transparent so that participants can monitor every process they go through.

Accompanying the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN on this occasion, the Director General of Land Rights Determination and Registration, Asnaedi.

Director General of Land and Space Control and Order, Jonahar; Head of STPN, Agustyarsyah; Head of Public Relations Bureau, Harison Mocodompis.
