The presence of the candidate for Deputy Regent of Tangerang number 2, Intan Nurul Hikmah received a warm welcome from hundreds of mothers from Kampung Ciakar, Kadusirung Village, Pagedangan District, Tuesday (11/5/2024).

The first woman who has ever served as the leader of the Tangerang Regency DPRD is prayed for to become the Deputy Regent of Tangerang for the 2025-2030 period.

“We pray that Mrs. Intan will become the Deputy Regent of Tangerang.

Of course, as women, we are proud to have a Deputy Regent from among women,” said one of the residents, Hertia.

Meanwhile, the Candidate for Deputy Regent of Tangerang, Intan Nurul Hikmah, thanked the prayers from the women.

“Because I am a woman, God willing, I understand the desires and needs of mothers better,” said Intan Nurul Hikmah.

Intan added that she and Maesyal Rasyid will continue the programs of former Tangerang Regent Ahmed Zaki Iskandar which are still very much needed by the community.

One of the programs that will be continued during Zaki Iskandar’s leadership is in the health sector, namely Universal Health Coverage (UHC).

“God willing, we will continue this program, even improve it if Maesyal-Intan are trusted to become Tangerang Regent-Vice Regent for the 2025-2030 period,” said Intan.

The UHC program, she said, makes it very easy for people who need free health services, because they can be served just by showing their identity card.
