Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) handed over two land certificates belonging to Nirina Zubir’s family at the ATR/BPN Ministry Office, Jakarta, Wednesday (29/05/2024).
Thus, Nirina Zubir and her family have received a total of six Certificates of Ownership for houses located in the West Jakarta Administrative City.
“Since 2018, Nirina’s family has been victims of land mafia crimes for 6 years.
In the name of justice, what has been attempted can be jointly sought for a solution by the Ministry of ATR/BPN. “We are happy that everything has been resolved today,” said Minister AHY.
The certificate handed over to Nirina Zubir and her family this time was in the form of an Electronic Land Certificate whose security had been confirmed.
“What is special this time is that it is also handed over in the form of an Electronic Land Certificate.
“This Electronic Land Certificate is safer because it is entered directly into the database, it cannot be accessed by anyone, so it is much more difficult to duplicate and forge,” said Minister AHY.
The Minister of ATR/Head of BPN also hopes that the incident that happened to Nirina Zubir and her family can be a lesson for the community to protect certificates and be wary of the practices of the land mafia.
Apart from that, the ATR/BPN Ministry is also carrying out internal improvements and eradicating the land mafia.
“From the start, we have carried out the enthusiasm of the Ministry of ATR/BPN to beat the land mafia seriously.
Not just Nirina and her family, but for any group of people, regardless of professional background, economic status, whoever is a citizen of our country, we must protect them.
“Moreover, people who are helpless, who are intimidated, we protect, we defend, we fight for,” stressed Minister AHY.
As a public figure who experienced land mafia crimes, Nirina Zubir is proof of the realization of land justice.
In this regard, Nirina Zubir hopes that the public can emulate her efforts to fight for rights confiscated by the land mafia.
“Now Nirina has received assurance from the Minister and the Deputy Minister who are currently carrying out repairs and clean-up for the land mafia.
Make Nirina a symbol that we can reclaim our property rights, we are right, we have the proof, never be afraid to speak out.
Come on, let’s all beat up the land mafia and we can do it!” concluded Nirina Zubir.
