Synergy and Cross-Sector Collaboration to Ensure Sustainable and Impactful Agrarian Reform in Banten Province.

The Banten Province Regional Office of the National Land Agency (BPN) as the implementer of the Agrarian Reform Task Force (GTRA) held the Initial GTRA Coordination Meeting for Banten Province for the 2024 Fiscal Year.

Taking place at the Aston Serang Hotel & Convention Center, activities are held from Thursday to Friday (30-31/05/2024) with a theme.

“Synergy and Cross-Sector Collaboration to Ensure Sustainable and Impactful Agrarian Reform in Banten Province” which is in line with the mandate of Presidential Regulation Number 62 of 2023 concerning the Acceleration of Implementation of Agrarian Reform.

Starting with remarks from the Head of Management and Empowerment, Eko Suharno, reporting on the Agrarian Reform activities that have been underway in Banten Province for the 2024 fiscal year.

Continuing his remarks by the Acting Governor, Al Muktabar said that he had signed the Agrarian Reform Task Force (GTRA) team 3 (three) times and this was a big focus.

To resolve neglected Cultivation Rights (HGU), “We continue to encourage people to have rights to their land in the form of certificates, moreover.

“Thank God, yesterday we arrived at Electronic Certificates, digitalization has answered this and I am sure that land issues can guarantee land ownership rights,” he said.

The activity was opened by the Director General of Agrarian Management, Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency.

Dalu Agung Darmawan said that Agrarian Reform is to organize assets, organize access in the context of justice, one of which is through land redistribution.

“The hope is that in the RA platform, in the context of access to reform, we have created various modules to create empowered communities receiving land redistribution,” said Dalu.

Through the 2024 Banten Province GTRA Coordination Meeting, it is hoped that mutual understanding and agreement regarding the direction of policy and handling of Agrarian Reform can be harmonized.

As well as completing and providing the best solution without harming the parties, which of course is in accordance with applicable law.
