Tangerang Regent, Moch Maesyal Rasyid said that teenagers today face many challenges. Therefore, they must be equipped with good education, national insight, moral and spiritual values, and adequate life skills.
“And no less important, teenagers must also have physical and mental resilience, and be free from risks that can damage their future,” he said when receiving a visit from the Minister of Population and Family Development (Mendukbangga)/Head of BKKBN RI, Dr. H. Wihaji, S.Ag., M.Pd at the Tangerang Regent’s Pendopo Hall, Ki Samaun, Tangerang City, Tuesday (8/7/25).
“To realize the great ideals of Golden Indonesia, we must prepare a quality, superior, and characterful young generation from now on,” he said.
Therefore, youth development and empowerment programs need to be a shared priority, both by the government, families, educational units, and the wider community.

In his remarks, Regent Maesyal Rasyid welcomed and expressed his pride for the visit and attention of the Minister of Population and Family Development/Head of BKKBN RI and his entourage to greet and have direct dialogue with the youth of Tangerang Regency.
“We welcome Dr. H. Wihaji, S.Ag., M.Pd and his staff. We are proud of your presence in the Minister Greets Youth in Realizing Indonesia Emas 2045.
As a real manifestation of the central government’s attention and commitment to human resource development, especially youth in Tangerang Regency,” said Regent Maesyal Rasyid.
He advised the youth of Tangerang Regency not to give up easily, but to continue to learn to be smart, creative, healthy, competitive and able to think critically, and to have a high spirit of nationalism.
“Equip yourself with faith, noble morals, knowledge and technology so that in the future you can become strong leaders in the future.
The future does not belong to those who are the fastest, but to those who continue to learn and never give up,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Minister of Population and Family Development/Head of the BKKBN RI, Dr. H. Wihaji, S.Ag., M.Pd said the activity of meeting with.

“The future generation that will one day replace us, will shift us, we must prepare and forge it carefully so that it can become a golden generation.
Hopefully later it will become great families in the future to become the future successors for Indonesia for Banten and for Tangerang Regency,” he concluded.
