Tangerang Regent, Moch. Maesyal Rasyid was greeted enthusiastically while performing Tarawih Keliling (Tarling) in Merak Village, Sukamulya District.

The community scrambled to shake hands and socialize with the Regent, Friday (3/14/25).

On that occasion, the Tangerang Regent expressed his gratitude for being able to be present among the people of Pabuaran Village, Merak Village who were very united and enthusiastic in performing tarawih prayers at the Al Mariah Jami Mosque, Pabuaran Village, Merak Village, Sukamulya

“Alhamdulillah, I am happy to be able to come here.

The community is really united and very enthusiastic in performing tarawih prayers and socializing with the Tangerang Regency tarling team,” said Regent Maesyal.

In addition to socializing, the Regent also handed over assistance from the Tangerang Regency Government for the local mosque to support the comfort of community worship.

In fact, he personally added assistance of Rp 10 million for the construction of an ablution area in the mosque.

The Regent also advised the community to continue to prosper the mosque and make it a center for religious activities and other activities based on the spirit of togetherness and concern.

“I entrust this mosque to be maintained and prospered. Don’t let the mosque building be good, but the congregation is quiet,” he said.

The Regent reiterated to all the people present that this tarling activity is a momentum for the Tangerang Regency Government to get closer to the community and listen directly to their aspirations.

“With this Tarling, the government is present directly to the community and can hear various aspirations from the community,” he said.
