The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) continues to strive to improve the quality of public services, Friday (11/10).

These efforts often result in an award. In this case, the Ministry of ATR/BPN through the Land Office (Kantah) of Bandar Lampung City and Batam City.

Received an award from the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN-RB) at the Excellent Service Celebration event held at the Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel, Tuesday (08/10/2024).

The Secretary General (Sekjen) of the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Suyus Windayana was present to receive the award presented directly by the Minister of PAN-RB.

Abdullah Azwar Anas. Suyus Windayana said that the award could be a reference for Kantah throughout Indonesia to continue to provide the best service to the community.

“Every year, thank God, we receive awards, maybe in the future it can be replicated, we will replicate it for other Kantahs, so that this becomes a snowball, getting bigger and bigger.

So that all Kantahs in the Ministry of ATR/BPN have standards, both regarding monitoring and evaluation of work and providing the best service for vulnerable groups,” said Suyus Windayana after receiving the award.

The first award received was the 2024 Public Service Provider Performance Monitoring and Evaluation (PEKPPP) with the Predicate of Excellent Service for the Bandar Lampung City Kantah.

This award is given to government agencies that have demonstrated superior public service performance based on the PEKPPP instruments, namely service policies, human resource professionalism.

Facilities and infrastructure, consultation and complaints, public service information systems, and public service innovation.

The second award is the category of the Best Vulnerable Group-Friendly Public Service Provider in 2024 for the Batam City Kantah.

The Ministry of PAN-RB assessed that the Batam City Kantah had provided facilities that helped vulnerable groups.

Among others, there is a guidebook in Braille for the blind and a guiding block to the Priority Counter.

The Secretary General of the Ministry of ATR/BPN hopes that the Priority Counter will continue to be implemented in all Kantah in districts/cities. “That is our process to provide excellent service to the community.

I think this is one of our moments to remind Kantah both districts/cities and also Regional Offices (Kanwil) at the provincial level and also Echelon I.

So not only Kantah, Echelon I services at the center and then at Kanwil must also be better,” he said.

Also accompanying the Secretary General of the Ministry of ATR/BPN in this activity, Head of the Organization and Personnel Bureau, Elijas B. Thahajadi; Director of Control of Land Ownership, Ownership and Use, Sepyo Achanto.

As well as the Head of Kantah for Bandar Lampung City, Albert Muntarie and the Head of Kantah for Batam City, Deni Prasetyo. Also present were a number of Ministers and Heads of the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet Institutions as award recipients.
