Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Nusron Wahid, officially opened the 2025 National Working Meeting (Rakernas) on Monday (December 8, 2025).
In front of hundreds of officials from the central and regional governments, he instructed them to take full advantage of this annual event.
“We declare this Rakernas open. Hopefully, it will be beneficial and produce optimal and high-quality decisions to improve our services to the public,” said Minister Nusron in his remarks in Jakarta.
In accordance with the Rakernas theme “Service Transformation with Integrity to Improve the Quality of Public Services at the Ministry of ATR/BPN,” Minister Nusron emphasized three important agenda items that must be completed without compromise.
These three issues are the completion of land service files, the resolution of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) residue, and the completion of data updates.
He asked all officials to examine the causes of the backlog in more detail.
“This is a backlog of work that we must resolve and complete. We must get to the bottom of it.
We don’t yet know whether it’s in historical documents, legal documents, or the Land Plot Map (PBT).
Therefore, please check each one,” urged the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (BPN).
Regarding completing data updates, Minister Nusron instructed his staff to make maximum use of the Christmas and end-of-year 2025 holidays.
“This year, we have successfully completed 2.4 million. I have instructed them to attend the Leadership Meeting (Rapim) during the holidays.
If Christmas is on, Christians will be on holiday, Muslims will be able to attend, so they can provide services.
Perhaps during that time, families will be gathered and there will be an opportunity to update land certificates, including re-measuring,” he said.
Beyond these three tasks, Minister Nusron used the National Working Meeting to emphasize the importance of accelerating the preparation of the Detailed Spatial Planning Plan (RDTR).
To support investment and licensing reform. “This RDTR is the first step towards a conducive business climate and accelerated licensing,” he said.
For the record, the National Working Meeting, held at the end of the year, on December 8-10, 2025, was attended by 471 participants, including senior and junior officials.
Heads of Provincial BPN Regional Offices (Kanwil), and several Heads of Land Offices (Kantah) in districts/cities across Indonesia.
Akhsanul Khaq, Member III of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK RI) and Head of State Financial Audit III, was present as a keynote speaker at the opening of the National Working Meeting.
As part of the opening ceremony of the 2025 National Working Meeting, Minister Nusron presented awards to the Head of the East Kalimantan Provincial BPN Regional Office and 23 Heads of District/City Land Offices who achieved the Corruption-Free Area (WBK) designation.
He presented the awards accompanied by the Deputy Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Deputy Head of BPN, Ossy Dermawan; Secretary General, Dalu Agung Darmawan.
